Hey, We have restarted the affect nodes/servers. I will retrieve the output of `ls -latr /proc//fd` once it starts happening again. Often takes a few days. I haven't setup our Ubuntu environments. Our IT/devops team (with no experience of linux) has installed the Ubuntu-nodes on our VMware enviro
