Well, the package you mentioned were there, removed it and then
reinstalled, the whole thing is working now, thanks... But still,
uploads don't work because "there's no app for that", another problem to
solve...

version of Ubuntu the folder name is called Downloads, we don't have a
100% accurate word for this in portuguese, so we don't translate it...
