After upgrading to the Kernel version 5.3.0-42-generic on Ubuntu 19.10 on my
Thinkpad X1 Yoga I could not wake it up from suspend anymore.
I downgraded to 5.3.0-40-generic and it works again.

Two days ago the audio of my laptop was still working fine. Between then
and now I did a kernel and gnome-shell update (those are the ones I
remember). Now my sound settings do not show any devices beyond the
dummy ones.
I have Ubuntu 19.10 on my Thinkpad X1 Yo
Ok, I've downgraded to kernel 5.3.0-40-generic and the audio works again.
I've also noticed that in 5.3.0-42 I cannot wake my laptop after suspend.
