new installation (in 22.04 I first tried it didn't recognize wifi either, so I
installed 23.10)
issue: bluetooth cannot startup. it says "turn on bluetooth to connect devices"
expected: to be able to turn on bluetooth and connect to devic
I found where the problem is! After all these months.. There where also two
other issues on my new ubuntu 22.10 installation (same as 22.04).
1. SSD M2 temperature was climbing too high.
2. RAM after a few hours of work was also getting full (16gb total) without
doing anything special.
