Public bug reported: Hi, I'm not sure this issue is really a bug. Since August 2018, I try to upgrade 16.04.5 to 18.04 LTS with no success. Each upgrades are aborted with a loop detected when installing python's packages. Since PPAs was purged, and I left only one line uncommented in sources.lis
