compensates for this by squishing all the icons closer together.

I had experienced few times that refreshing window causes some places to lose
right information about colour. I mean that colours change to different for
e.g. grey become yellowish, and strips
I suppose it might beep (configurable sound?) once at 10%, then at 5%
and after that every 10 minutes, by default. With an option for beeping
every 20, 10, 5 and 2 minutes after the 5% mark.
All this when the screen is off, of course. A visual cue should be
enough if the screen is on.
