[Touch-packages] [Bug 1421574] [NEW] Mouse partially not working

Public bug reported: Mouse isn't working properly. From time to time, I can only move it but I'm unable to click or scroll, nor does the cursor change it appearance when it should (e.g. when hovering over text it stays an arrow and does not switch to a bar). ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu
