Just noticed this after the last dist-upgrade on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS,
installed packages are openssh-server 1:6.6p1-2ubuntu2.7 and openssh-
client 1:6.6p1-2ubuntu2.7.

The way I reproduced this problem:
1) Unlock evince icon from the launcher.
2) Open any pdf document using evince. You will notice the icon for the opened
application does not appear in the launcher.
3) Navigate to any other open window/application. You will not get back to
evince using ALT+TAB
It also has something to do with firefox.
Chrome do not use this much CPU.
