Looks like https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/9672 which
was fixed in Mesa 23.3.0. So safe to say this is now a different bug.

My Ubuntu screensaver does not blank the screen, ie, it does not turn
off the backlights on my monitor.
I dual boot, and my Win10 install does it with no problems, so it's not
a hardware thing.
What happens is after a period of inactivity, Ubuntu will put up the
lock screen
Public bug reported:
Hi,
Just upgraded my system from Oracular to Plucky over the weekend.
Unfortunately, OpenVPN fails to start:

audit(1741554926.605:2470): apparmor="DENIED" operation="sendmsg" class="file"
profile="openvpn"
I can also confirm that the version 5.72-0ubuntu5.1 fixed the auto-reconnect
for my Oneplus Nord Buds.
They now reconnect after resume from sleep and also when switching between
devices with a long-press on the headphones (between my phone and laptop).

It's not possible for os-prober to reliably unmount it's filesystem
mounts sadly, so hence the mount namespaces are necessary. Mounting file
systems in the global mount namespace can easily make random things try
to read them.
But also os-prober should probably use more namespaces. The grub file
