So, just to try something, I installed kernel 6.2rc8 from Ubuntu kernel
PPA. And... Problem fixed!!

Ah I do see ZSTD-compressed data is corrupt in the log, what do you see
when you run update-initramfs -u? Any errors? Does it work after running
that?

I cannot find any "Not Enough Memory" on codesearch.debian.net. I know
grub says "out of memory" and AFAIK doesn't ask you to press a key so
it's still not clear where you see an error, sorry. Are you sure the
message is absolutely identical character by character?
None of the syslog should be re
maybe you should set the importance to CRITICAL and maybe push a roll-
back
