can't restart when screen sleeps and power adapter plugged in

You have been subscribed to a public bug:
on an Asus zenbook, 2022. When power is plugged in and screen goes to
sleep, I can't get back, even with ctrl-alt-f1. I have to do a hard
reboot.

Sigh, so this one is a bit of a pita. Minimal C code uses this and it is
easy to update that. The problem comes with the SWIG interface libraries
(python, ruby, etc) have baked these names into their API. We can update
those but then we stand a good chance of breaking some external code.

Upstream enabled 10-sub-pixel-rgb.conf by default.
It should be mentioned that the change resulted in a discussion, and
there is a later upstream commit which makes a choice of 10-sub-
pixel-*.conf configurable instead. But assuming that we want to keep
