Just after a reboot my second screen stop being recognized.
I ran xrandr command and the result was that the hdmi cable was
disconnected, but it wasn't.

You need to upgrade pcsc-lite to version 1.8.26 or more.
The Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Focal Fossa version (released yesterday) provides the
correct version of pcsc-lite
