When I exit software-properties-gtk, suspend/resume my computer and log-

Oh come to think of it, there is a commonality between Firefox, VLC and
Chrome. That is they all try to follow the system theme but all three
are NOT GTK apps. They each use different toolkits. So I fear this is
the same basic problem that will need to be fixed in three different
toolkits.

i've just begun seeing this in debian 5.5.0-2 (linux 5.5.17-1) and
5.5.0-1 (5.5.13-1)
pulseaudio -k fixes it for a while, and all i see that's relevant in the
logs/dmesg is

This has been happening perhaps 3 times every 7 days, no obvious cause I
can see. The system is a virtual machine that's just a router. No

With the -1ubuntu2 package, I no longer get a crash dump, but the audio
is still not working. pulseaudio is aborting. Here is what is in
syslog from bootup:
