Headphones works but sound is quality is low compared to Windows.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme 2018 which has the same Realtek ALC285
speaker, seems to work fine on Arch, status is "working" on their wiki :

this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1860855, so is being marked as such.
Ubuntu 18.10 (cosmic) reached end-of-life on July 18, 2019.
Ubuntu 19.04 (disco) reached end-of-life on January 23, 2020.
Both releases are now EOL. Further to comment #3 I'm setting this bug to
"Incomplete".

I tried it and it didn't work for me. In fact, I lost all sound and I
had to revert the changes and reboot to fix.
Still it might be something small that needs to be changed.
