Ubuntu and not even a lot of Debian delta over upstream e2fsprogs.
I'm almost convinced that this should happen when running on latest upstream
as-is as well.

I've closed down on the root cause being the /usr/lib/NetworkManager/nm-
dhcp-helper tool. Occasionally, this binary runs, but fails to correctly
send the update to NetworkManager. No errors occur when this happens;

Because the default module parameter max_bonds for bonding module is 1,
meaning create one bond upon bond module loading.
I have since hit similar issue with networkd where bonding module would
be autoprobed, bond0 created, and confus

For the output volume I made the following observations:
* Even with a volume boost of 150% in Pulseaudio (the maximum), the output
volume is still significantly lower than the unpatched kernel
* With 150% pulseaudio boost, I can hear disortions and crackling, so the sound
quality gets significan
refer to versioning rule of libtool[1], there are some versioning changes added.
And this version is the candidate to be took into oem image.
The candidate binary packages could also be found in this ppa[1]
