I am having this problem now as well. A while back I used a script to
restart network manager service after resume and this fixed all issues.

Sounds like the problem is that this build leaves processes hanging
around from its tests. Unfortunately this currently causes builds to
hang, basically because launchpad-buildd uses sbuild's sudo mode rather
than its schroot mode. So the hang is a known bug in launchpad-buildd,
but it should sti
( knocked my laptop off the table and I have the same problem is there
any work around??

It's not invalid so it should be set Fix Committed until it's released
and as Fix Released to indicate the version as probably 17.04.

gss-ntlmmssp sequence numbers are incorrect in 0.6.0. In 0.7.0 the
following patch (which is most of the difference between the two
versions) fixes sequence numbers. We discovered this testing OMI from
Linux to Windows, but don't have a simpler test case we can provide.

Windows to Linux part of our scenario work. We will file a new bug to
pick up a change from gssntlmssp-0.6.0 to 0.7.0 to correct a sequence
numbering mismatch we've observed after applying this fix.

I have same issue on XUbuntu 16.04 on a Acer Aspire One ZA3.
When I close the screen to go to sleep, then after that I can't get back the
wifi connection, and I can't shutdown.
Reboot -f works though.

contacts are present. My contacts are all synced from Google. So not
sure if contacts or sync issue.

I just upgraded from 16.04 desktop to 16.10 and the file
/etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf was not created so
my wired network did not work.
Creating the file fixed this issue.
