/dev/urandom open after exiting. Here's a procedure to replicate the
problem:
1. Install Ubuntu 16.10. (I used MAAS for this task.)
2. Install the "lsof" package (which is not installed by default).
3. Type "lsof
In OTA 13 the current settings cause www.blendle.com to show a 'invalid
browser' page. This is a regression compared to a previous version
(can't remember when this worked).
This web site works with android's browser and even with sailfish.

I had the same problem on my digital ocean droplet (after a distro
upgrade).
Problem solved after upgrade the kernel in the digital ocean
administration site. More details you can see here[1].

I have a usb logitech wireless mouse and keyboard connected via an aten usb
switchbox to my computers (desktop and laptop). With release 14.04 I did not
have any issues. I have now upgraded my desktop to 16.04 and did a clean
install on my laptop

Whether the equivalent tap exists or not is besides the point, because, for
one, libinput is supposed to handle what kind of tap it is, and second,
middle-clicks are still triggered by tapping top-right corner of the
touchpad.
