audio codec so for example we cannot record Telegram voice messages (
bug #1460464 and bug #1375179 ).
I patched qtmultimedia adding the support for audio/x-opus codec through
opusdec encoder in qtmultimed
It would appear, though, that libwebp has neon support, it just needs to
be modified (configure script) to detect it properly, rather than
relying on the header's existence. The code has runtime neon detection,
so it should be safe to compile-in, if hte compiler supports the optoin.

Hi,
for me this bug is absolutely critical - because it I'm not able to type in
credentials since majority of time is taken by connection to server - so I have
something like 5-7 secs to write credentials.
So basically now I cannot use VPN which is absolutely critical for me.
