For me 'systemctl restart NetworkManager.service' fixes it until the next
reboot - which is less than once a week, I only suspend the laptop.

The same problem with yahoo mail app. I can't add a photo to a message.
It used to work. I used to export my photos from bq to another device
over email. Now it is impossible.
