Yesterday I reinstalled Ubuntu devel-proposed on my Nexus 7. In the initial
wizard I chose Czech language as a default and after that the UI really
displayed in Czech.
After a reboot, the whole system displays english texts but if I go to settings

I think the issue is the std::string object is going out of scope in the
tests. The tests are like this:

I decided to investigate this problem and checked out the source code.
After a lot of debugging I found out that the call to focus the wrong
window is coming from compiz CompScreenImpl::focusDefaultWindow which
comes from this code on compiz event.cpp :

You do realize this means QNetworkAccessManager most likely will not
work as well.
Any network request, GET, etc... done with Qt runs though
QNetworkConfiguration, which uses the same backend plugin for accessing
network-manager. In which case Qt should probably be configured with the
-no-feature-
I might also add that I replaced my keyboard with a new one with no
improvement. A USB plug in keyboard is the only way I can use this
laptop computer.
