Oops, why does apport add each file as a separate comment? Anyways, this
last report happened with VGA monitor plugged in and the same behaviour

Same problem here. After a drag&drop the mouse arrow gets corrupted, in my case
the pointer turns in two little arrows and only the left one is effective. The
workaround of opening & typing in scratch works but when you drag some icon the
dragged icon is corrupted.
My system: Intel(R) Core(TM)
It would be much better to replace it with systemd-timesyncd calls and
drop ntpdate dependency altogether.
