or are you just getting started?

what you could also do for updating is include a `If-Modified-Since`
header and check even more frequently than twice per hour. See the
example below.

Have edited OV so that it updates once an hour with tor... Just need to
edit the about page (which I am doing now).

Does it make sense to update more frequently than the hourly tor consensus?
Will this remain a view of the current network or do you also have plans
on a history view?
