Sounds to me like the another person was correct. You're not joining the right server. There's a bunch of IRC servers and if a certain channel requires you to be on (example) the Rizon server, connecting to #tor through Freenode will not work. >Thursday, December 3, 2015 12:00 PM UTC from >
