Work is in progress to support scramblesuit.
I see that Tor Browser 4.5 ships flashproxy, meek and obfs4.
Assuming an ideal world in which they involve an equal amount of work,

Do you have a bridge set up. It from that config it looks like you have
an obfsproxy set up to obfsucate the traffic to the firewall.

I'm trying to connect to Tor in a restricted network but I'm failing.
I added these options to my torrc from the results I found searching:
ReachableAddresses accept *:443
UseBridges 1
Bridge obfs3 1.2.3.4:443 key1
Bridge obfs3 5.6.7.8:443 key2
but when restarting the daemon it remains stuck
I see no benefit from having this man in the middle. The sites are
public, so is their content. If the publishers want protection from the
public, they should stay offline. Infinite loop of sadness :(
