how is polipo installed?
I've tried to delete apt-get withsudo apt-get purge tor polipo with
no success ... how can I completely remove tor and polipo so I can start
reinstall of both over again?

Hi everyone,
The Tor Cloud [1] images for all the seven regions have been updated
to include the anonymizing relay monitor (arm) [2]. This works much
like top does for system usage, providing real time statistics for
bandwidth, cpu, memory usage, current Tor configuration, connection
details etc.
