The configuration related control methods get closer to merging each
day. I've been working on the control methods for the other control
commands. I will begin working on the event handling methods later
this week. I also found & fixed(?) a tiny bug in the tests[1].

I have been working on the general controller class. I'm getting ever closer
to having the getconf parsing code[1] merged into master. While
implementing that, we came across a bug. Currently Tor doesn't quote it's
responses to a getconf request[2].
