[tor-dev] anti-censorship weekly checkin

Hi!! We are going to start doing weekly meetings about anti-censorship work at Tor. We still do not have a team specifically to work on anti-censorship (soon we will have it) BUT we have different teams working on snowflake, gettor and soon bridgedb as well Kat writing a report on what works need
