If we do have multiple types of SingleOnionMode we should specify this

I'm also planning to get rid of GeoIP support entirely -- it needs
binary packages, a (usually manually downloaded) database and it would
be cleaner and nicer to just use 'GETINFO ip-to-country/*' 100% of the
time (instead of just as a fallback). On top of that, it seems that the
