I ran into a user, who was asking for censorship circumvention tools that
have been translated to indic languages ( Bengali, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu
to name a few).
Is there a separate mailing list for localization efforts? I would
appreciate it if someone can point me to the right resources.

I'm sorry, but we don't have any data about that. As I wrote before,
relays aggregate requests over a period of 24 hours. There's no way
how I could give you anything more detailed than what relays report.
