I'm interested in volunteering some to help improve unit test coverage.
Please find attached a small patch with unit tests for
$TOR/src/or/cpuworker.c. I intend to do some more work for cpuworker's
functions, but for now am curious about whether the "if (1)" block spanning
lines 671-720 is
