Yet another update on this matter.
I have 6 vms running on the same host.
All the vms have same virtual hardware configured.
.
There is 2 vm where auto upgrade always works.
There are 4 vm where auto upgrade fails, forcing auto upgrade (A) also
fails. Using regular upgrade (u) works.

Forcing autoinstall indeed does work. Thank you for the hint.
I just noticed that one other vm running on this host, never seems to
suffer from this issue. (autoinstall just works)
No obvious difference in the vm specs nor answer files.

The builder and the routers are all running on a linux box running libvirt
0.10.2.
