It drives me crazy that when I have a complete parenthetical sentence,
mg keeps insisting on taking away my double space after the close
parenthesis.
Diff below tweaks the logic from "allow double space after /[.?!]/" to
"allow double space after /[.?!]\)?/".

The man page omits mention of the workq_fn typedef, which I feel is kind
of important. The trouble is, I'm not sure how to format it. I couldn't
find a nice sample to compare. I'm not entirely happy with the formatting
of what's below, but it's passable if there's nothing better.

the history of dmesglog, nobody has ever reported a machine using one.
The man page says "This driver doesn't work yet.". So I think it's
reasonable to say goodbye.
The comment in ad1848var.h is a lie, it's used by gus a
not currently built, nothing relies on it. there's some other cleanup in
syscalls.master, but that's the next diff.
