This patch enables passive cooling support in the ACPITZ module;
please test this if your system overheats in normal usage.
It is a little noisy for now.
a good way to test is to setup the following script:

while [ 1 ] ; do
dmesg | tail -10
sysctl hw.setperf
sysctl hw.cpuspeed
sysctl hw.
