But struct timespec is sec/nanosec. I look at nanoseconds of accuracy

Maybe I'm dumb but it's taken me five successive postings to get past the
impenetrably cryptic notifications ("The postblock flag is set for...",
"Duplicate Partial Message Checksum") from the new list manager. And I'm
assuming that this time I'll actually succeed in posting a message.
