I am writing to ask wheter it is possible to use tcpdump at c programming
language? I know that such possibility exist for libpcap. If yes what should
I do in order to use tcpdump at c programm.

I have got tcpdump 3.9.8 and I would like to use -K option.
Unfortunately it is not supported. Do I need install additional packets?
Is my version to old?
It is not mentioned when I check my version:

tcpdump version 3.9.8
libpcap version 0.7.2
