[SM-USERS] Change LDAP Password not Working

Hello Everybody, We have Installed and running Squirrelmail 1.4.5 with Change LDAP password PLugin 1.8 with Postfix,Courier and openldap-2.2.13-3 ,recently we migrated our IMAP server from CYRUS to Courier IMAP,after migration our Users are not able to Change Password , The Following error
