I think you can do what you want with the user_special_mailboxes plugin.
Using this you can specify that your INBOX subfolders are special folders
and therefore they will appear at the top of the list grouped together
with the inbox

I have the HTML plugin, and I get the option to view a message as plain
text or as HTML, but I can't see a way of viewing the HTML source of the
message

Hi,
Is there any reason why the next and previous links couldn't be present
when reading mail from a search results list? At present it seems you have
to return to the search results list each time to read the next mesage,
which is tedious. I would like to be able to pick up a thread from a
mailbox

I frequently forget to hit the 'Check Spelling' button before sending a
mail. Is there any way to force a spelling check before sending (dare I
say it, like in Outl**k). I've looked through the config, can't see
anything.

Do you have 'Allow server-side sorting = true' (General options - item 12)?
My largest folder currently has 4100 items, and loads in under a second.
