the problem appears to be the filters plugin with SquirrelMail/1.5.2 [SVN] . I appreciate that plugin problems should properly be addressed to the writer of the plugin but for some reason I can't find who's it is, there seems to be no README and I have no idea where it came from because it doesn't

Hi, I'm interested in a bunch of the plugins that are on the plugin page. Is it safe to assume that if I don't see the plugin listed in the plugin squirrelmail directory of the latest version that it's not included, and to enable that functionality I need to actually download the plugin? Hopefull
