I found the sollution myself (after 7 hours of seeking)
The problem is in the /etc/mail/sendmail.mc file.
I had to change the ip-add. from the loopbackadd. to the publicadd.
Then after a restart of the sendmail service it is receiving mails like a charm.

You PROBABLY want it listening to localhost and maybe even your LAN as
well. It all depend
