Well you can setup another squirrelmail . on the other hand a little bit of
code tweaking in index.php can make you enable to achieve your goes .
a) setup a select box with domain names and attache it to squirrelmail
index.php page and then
b) in programm which index.php is passing the data both

You have to set-up ONE squirrelmail PER virtual domain, which makes the
configuration pretty easy...
On your webserver, you can then share some common folders (like everything
but data, attachments and config) for every virtual domain.
