If the domain is on the same machine, you should just use the Virtual Host Login plugin so you only need one SM installation for all domains. http://www.squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=47 Otherwise, it seems like you didn't preserve permissions/ownership when you copied the files. Be careful
