Ricardo, I added a couple of mesasges I sent to the list with the same
subject.
I tested the code modified in functions/addressbook.php in 1.4.2 and works
perfect.

Sorry, I didn't see that you are using an addressbook in ldap.
I tested with a file based addressbook.
Please, let me know if works for you, since ldap is my next step
