Jay & others... I'm not entirely sure if the users are logging out properly or not - I can ask. Our users are not sharing workstations. The machine is a P4 HT with 1 GB RAM with 2.4 GB free on / and 78 GB free on /home. Our OS is FreeBSD 4.9-RELEASE-p11 and we're running php4-4.3.4. I am attachin

The problem will go away for the user if we remove their .pref file, but invariably pops up again in the future. Can you post one of these corrupted pref files? Are your users logging out properly or are they just closing the browser or going to other websites? Are multiple users logging in from
