Courier IMAP drops connections when connection limit is reached. Increase
MAXPERIP setting.

My log files were clean, but I did get it fixed.
I solved the problem by disabling the mailbox locking from the
courier-imap config file: change IMAP_USELOCKS to 0 (1 as a default).
