[SM-USERS] utf-8 not working on reply

i have problems with utf-8 on reply, just reply the sender sends MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Content-Disposition: inline with is displayed ok in squirrelmail, but if i reply the higbit chars is displayed as utf-8 :/
