Yes, it's one of the default plugins. It requires aspell/ispell to be
present on the same server as squirrelmail though.

SquirrelMail has squirrelspell plugin. This plugin is included in every squirrelmail
package from v.1.2.1. SquirrelMail 1.2.1 was released on 2001-12-24.
