You right, of course the sm is a great product, I'm use it for many years.
I'm using default for Debian/Etch mta exim4 - with "smart host" - I do not
have MX record at all. Method, send a manually initiated answer (where you
can choose the return address), only a workaround - may be does

Hi Dennis!
May be I make a mistake - my GUI is on hungarian and hard to translate
back. When you send an "Answer" you can choose the FROM address (of course
if you have got setup your aliases, in options of squirrelamil). This
address does not should depend on your mta. I also have at about 10

send/read receipt is a question of configuration of your mta.
So my problem is always waiting for getting solved.
Because I know this problem, my solution is don't send any read receipt to
unknown people to hide my private email address.
