It turns out the problem is the result in changes with the PHP ports
in FreeBSD. The PHP port was broken apart so there's a core PHP4 port
and a php4-extensions port, and the extensions contain everything
SquirrelMail needs. The SquirrelMail port compiles and installs the

I have not read how to modify the CONFIG to change the color of the LOGIN
page. I have modified the ORG errata via PHP, but would like some other
hues besides white.
