Yes... it is. Just PHP 4.2.3 isn't very compatible with Apache 2.0.

+ SunOS 5.8/sparc in 64-bit mode (Solaris 8)
+ Squirrelmail 4.0rc2
+ Apache 1.3.27
+ PHP 4.3.0
I had to leave off zlib (bundled with SunOS 5.8) support in PHP
