Turn on the delete_move_next plugin (part of main distribution since 1.4.0(?)) and go to Options -> Display prefs for your user. Check at least the Display at top or bottom options for Delete/Move/Next Buttons, you can also checkoff the with move buttons. This should provide the functionality you
